1. Content Ownership & License

You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and text you upload to ScenesFromUs. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the ScenesFromUs service to you and your chosen audience.

2. Consent for Individuals in Media

By uploading media to ScenesFromUs, you warrant and represent that you have obtained explicit consent from all individuals appearing in the photos or videos to host and display their likeness publicly on the internet. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to share the content you upload.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, publish, or share any content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities.
• Contains non-consensual explicit imagery or violates the privacy of others.
• Contains highly sensitive, intimate, or "risky/revealing" photos that you would not want shared publicly.
• Infringes on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or malicious software.

We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

4. No Uptime Guarantee & Liability

ScenesFromUs is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee permanent storage of your files and recommend keeping personal backups of all media you upload.

We expressly disclaim any liability for unauthorized access, data breaches, or hacks. By using the platform, you acknowledge the inherent risks of storing data online and agree that ScenesFromUs and its operators shall not be held responsible for any loss of data, privacy violations, or damages arising from malicious third-party activities or infrastructure failures beyond our reasonable control.

Warning: We strongly advise against uploading intimate, nude, or revealing media. In the event of an accidental leak, unauthorized link sharing by you or your partner, or a platform security breach, we are completely free of liability for any resulting damages or exposure.

5. Payments & Story Duration

Certain features of ScenesFromUs may require a one-time payment. All payments processed through our service are final and non-refundable once the story has been published.

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that your published story will remain active and accessible for7 days from the date of creation. After this period, the story will no longer be available unless renewed.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
